Why Poland?
Quite often first time visitors to Poland are suitably impressed as Poland has much to offer. The northern coast which fronts the Baltic sea may not be a match for the spanish costas but the cost of living is still very reasonable and beach resorts are popular but with a limited season. The Mazury Lake region is very popular with sailing and fishing enthusiasts. The mountains in the south have many places for hiking and ski-ing. Poland has large tracts of unspoilt countryside and National Parks where you can experience many sights, see bird and wildlife long forgotten or lost in the UK.

Where are the best places to buy Polish Property?
This depends on what you are looking for. As anywhere else location remains an important factor. The capital of Warsaw is one place, others that are getting a lot of interest are Krakow in the South, Gdansk a port city on the Baltic coast and Zakopane a ski resort in the South. Also, places like Poznan and Wroclaw are gaining interest. Poland is quite a big country and there will be more places that we hope to advise on as being worthy of having a look at for future potential.

What's the Investment potential for Polish property?
Whilst anything said here is purely just our own opinion, many property commentators tip eastern european countries like Poland as having a bright future in terms of rental yields and capital growth. However to maximise those yields and potential returns you must buy well, in the right places and at the right kind of money. This invariably means a lot of research and legwork.

Got anything in Warsaw?
Yes, we have some interesting offers coming up for buy-to-let investors in good locations. Our polish contact who speaks english is available to meet anyone interested if they intend to visit with the intention of viewing places, and give advice on good areas.

How soon do I get the 10 Polish Property or 10 Polish Land offers if I pay the £49.95 fee?

The first of these offers will be emailed to you within 7 working days. We do not keep 'stock' of these offers as we prefer to supply you with fresh and current offers from within Poland, so the chances of any Polish property being still available is very high. The individual offers may be sent over a period of time, but no longer than 21 days for all of them, so you are unlikely to get all 10 in one go. It takes us time to research and find these properties. You can then make your own enquiries, visits, calls etc to the seller or choose to engage us using our 'Results service'.

How much does your Results service cost?

As shown on our Services and Offers page we charge £59.95 for this, which still represents good value. Any other tailored service packages that are agreed upon with any individual must also be pre-paid, we will only begin working on your behalf once we have received cleared funds. No exceptions, so please don't ask!

What do you do for this Results Service?
Lots of things, excluding getting involved in any financial and legal matters. We will never ask you to pay any of the polish property or polish land purchase costs directly to us. We will never act as your legal expert but if you need such experts, we will try to get you more than just one recommendation from whatever part of Poland you decide to buy in, that can act on your behalf, usually a Notary.
We will however undertake any number of emails, phone calls to any property or land seller's, estate agent that you want to buy from, builders etc.
These can be both private sellers and even polish estate agents that you have come across yourselves, or that we have supplied information on. It's essentially a translation, advisory type service which remains impartial and is meant to make the buying process a bit easier and quicker. Whilst we act on your behalf we do not sign anything for you or guarantee any outcome, as with any property transaction both buyer and seller can withdraw from the buying process up until any Contracts have been entered into (usually any such contracts ought to be overseen, and be in front of a Polish Notary).

Where do you get these Polish Property and Polish Land offers from?
We do a lot of research from here in the UK and an office in Poland which does further online and offline research. We do the leg-work so you don't have to. We can help to save you time and we all know that 'time is money'.

How else can you help?
Well, in many ways. Providing you with property and land offers specific to your needs and areas of interest, help and guidance with dealing with property and land owners in Poland, but excluding any direct involvement in any financial and/or legal dealings. Joining you or join us on any scouting trips to Poland. Customised reports specific to your needs, with fees agreed on beforehand. We don't pretend to know everything but know where to find the answers to give you as much information in regard to your enquiry or purchase. If you ever require official Notarised translations of any Polish Document into English we will try and arrange that for you also. We speak fluent Polish.

What are the benefits of using your services?
Unlike in the UK where buyers do not pay the agents fee, many estate agents in poland (as well as already charging a fee to the seller) will also charge the buyer a fee of 2-3% of the purchase price, and may have written agreements that potential buyers are required to sign before any viewings are arranged. This is all legal and normal practice when buying through a polish estate agent. However, when buying from a private seller with our help, and even paying our small fee, it will still reduce your overall buying costs, so saving you money.

What's a Notary?
A notary is a Court appointed official who you need to use to check property ownership and prepare contracts on your behalf for when you purchase any Property or land in Poland. The polish word is 'Notariusz' and their offices can be found in most bigger towns and cities, ask an estate agent who may recommend one to you.

Whats in Rzeszow?
Take a look at the map of Europe, focus your eyes on Poland and head south east to one of the most beautiful corners of Poland - Podkarpacie Region. Rzeszów, the capital of the region used to be a mixture of cultures and nations. Nowadays visitors may take advantage of the wide accommodation in the city. They may spend their time pleasantly in numerous pubs, restaurants, coffee bars and discos.
The most attractive parts of the region are mountainous forest areas forming the Bieszczady National Park. Check this site for Photo's of the area. So far undiscovered by us Brit's, but a growth area for outdoor pursuit fans I think with walking, fishing and ski-ing .
http://www.bieszczady.pl/gallery.php?n=&catID=top&search=&pageNo=1Among the most precious sights worth mentioning are the Renaissance castle complexes in Baranów Sandomierski and Krasiczyn, and the Baroque palace in Lancut. The tourist life concentrates mainly in the areas of the lakes Solina and Myczkowskie where numerous holiday resorts are located offering water sports facilities. Check this website for more info www.go-rzeszow.com

What are the property prices like in the Rzeszow area?
Well, it does vary a great deal but we have seen a newly built 5 bed house with a total area of 400m2 for sale at about £60k with a big garden. Or a partly built new house of 260m2 in need of finishing off, standing in a plot of 1500m2 for approx.£14k. How about a 3 acre land plot for less than £3k. A return visit is planned later this year.

Any pictures of Polish property?
After each scouting trip we will be creating a Photo Gallery featuring a selection of Polish properties and Polish land plot's that we have seen or been given info/details on by both private seller's and Polish Estate agents.
